Order Process

Most of our products include customisation, whether that’s your logo printed on them, or the product itself being made to order. This is a general guide to how your order will be processed:

If you require customisation not included in the website price, we can provide a quote.

Once you know the product you want and the artwork you would like you can order by adding the items to the cart and placing an order through the website. Alternatively you can use our order form, or simply call or email us and we will get in touch to confirm everything.

We create a digital mock up using the artwork you have supplied. We then work together to make any changes you require.

Once you have approved the mock up we arrange production and advise you of the expected lead time.

Your order is delivered free of charge to any single location within New Zealand

Payment is required by the 20th of the month for account holders. All other orders are to be paid for prior to commencement.
